I am Shailesh a Mechanical Engineer Age 43 Years and having almost 25 years of educational and industrial experience in different multi national organizations in operations, purchase, production, supply chain, quality control and so on and so forth.

Being an Engineering graduate I have served 25 years in industries dealing with Indian, Japanese, Germans and Americans in and out, with this I wish to groom my self and other candidates further in practical learning along with academics.

I have now groomed myself to start an on-line learning and brain storming area for young students, instructors or any aspiring candidate who would like to have some value added information besides academic.
